Is it possible to eat a healthy meal at McDonalds?

Maybe. Eating a healthy meal at McDonalds means that you must not be sucked into the advertisements and offers that are thrown at you as soon as you walk into the 'restaurant'. If you do, you will be eating a meal high in calories, fat, cholesterol and sodium. Most certainly not a good thing!

The drink: The drinks are mostly carbonated sugary drinks. Not good for the teeth, and certainly not healthy! So, avoid that and choose the orange drink.

The main course: Choosing the right meal depends on your tastes. We recommend the grilled Crispy Chicken Salad with salad (without bacon). This avoids the beef patties, the processed cheese slices, and other 'wrong' foods.

The desert:: Despite being fairly wide, there is nothing particularly healthy, but we think the best would be the baked apple pie.
